To get started a new project must be created. Later saved projects may be recalled using the Open Project form.
Note that certain buttons will be greyed out, e.g. Save Project, Save Project As, and Close Project if there is no open project.
Buttons
•New Project - Create a new blank project
•Open Project - Open a previously saved project and its associated objects
•Save Project - Saves the project along with the currently open object windows. Thus recalling the project will also recall the associated objects
•Save Project As - Saves the project under a new name
•Close Project - Closes the project and all open windows
To start a new project, click the New Project button contained within the Project section of the Ribbon Bar.At the New Project dialog, enter the name for the project and an optional description.
Click Save when done. The caption bar of the application will now reflect the application name followed by the new Project Name. You will then be presented with a blank canvas under which you will add Query Builders and other business objects.
