Overview

A Review Template is the basic building block for Plato Data Analyzer Professional.

You can create your own Review Templates, build one from an existing Review Template or import a Review Template from another system. You may also define Rights and Worksheet Fields for the specific Review Template.

Once created, the Review Template consists of a set of components that you work with for an individual review: Topic Editor; Pull Lists; Worksheet; Reports; Report Writer, Analyzer; Dashboards, and Recall.

ReviewTemplateComponents

The Topic Editor consist of a logical collection of topics and criterion (indicators/questions) that can be grouped together in an outline type format for review purposes.

Pull Lists are used to serialize Account Records for which audits are taking place. Clicking the 'Next' button will auto load the new account.

Worksheets are the actual reviews. Collected information includes user defined fields along with criterion values and set attributions.

Reports, aka Standard Reports, can be created based on saved worksheets. These reports are designed to be quick running with a minimum of parameter setting.

Report Writers provide a powerful environment for creating custom reports where Standard Reports do not meet the need.

Analyzers are dynamic pivot grids where Rows and Columns may be dynamically moved around to present different views of data.

Dashboards provide an environment for creating Dashboards from scratch.

Recall allows for pulling up of saved Reports, Report Writers, Analyzers, and Dashboards for future use.
