Overview
Exception Qualitative Profile report is designed to report how many Worksheets and Topics And Criterion Worksheet Fields are non compliant. If the Worksheet Fields are of the type Attribution Types then this report can be used to compare various Attribution Type Objects.
It can be customized to compare various Worksheet Fields or Attribution Type Objects against each other e.g. how various Departments stack against each other, or it can be used for trending when grouped by 'Discharge Date'.
To understand which Criterion gets reported on see Filter section in Topics And Criterion. Reports can be saved for future reference in their native format or as Word document using Saving And Recalling. It can be printed, exported or emailed to an external source using Printing Exporting Emailing Report.
Comments can be added to each criterion by right clicking on the criterion 'Description' and to the report, by right clicking on '[END OF REPORT]'.

Report Columns
Description: Attribution Type Objects or Worksheet Fields values.
Non-compliant Worksheets: Number of Worksheets which have at least one non-compliant (
) criterion.
Total Worksheets: Total number of worksheets that have been reviewed.
% Worksheet Non-compliant: Percentage of non-compliant Worksheets.
Non-compliant Criterion: Number of Topics And Criterion which are non-compliant ().
Total Criterion: Total Topics And Criterion evaluated.
% Criterion Non-compliant: Percentage of Topics And Criterion that are not compliant.
