Overview
This document describes what a Pull List is, for step-by-step instructions on how to create a Pull List refer to Managing Pull Lists. Once a Pull List has been created, worksheets to be reviewed can be created or imported using Managing Pull List Worksheets.
A Pull List allows managers to create a list of Worksheets they want to be reviewed. The reviewers can then print the Topics And Criterion for these Pull List worksheets. Once reviewed, managers can monitor which Worksheets have been reviewed and run Reports and Analyzers to report on the data.
Hierarchy
Pull Lists are created for a Review Template. For each Pull List you have multiple Pull List Profiles. Pull List Profiles contain the Pull List Worksheets you want reviewed. e.g. for Ongoing Record Review each month you want 20 Worksheets reviewed. For the Review Template 'Ongoing Record Review' you can create a Pull List named 'Records to Review' and thereafter for each month you could create a profile.
