Overview

Menu and toolbar options work in the context of the current module active in the application. For example, if the Worksheet is currently in the active module, clicking the 'New' button will create a new worksheet. However if Topic Editor is currently the active module, clicking on 'New' button will create a new criterion. This document outlines all the menu and toolbar items and their shortcut-keys if any. If a particular menu options does not apply to the current active module it is disabled. Some of the menu options are controlled by the user rights to learn which menu option is enabled by which role right see Role.

Option	Shortcut	Action
Manage Worksheet Fields		Worksheet Fields are used in the Worksheet Header and Criterion Fields. Once created they can be assigned to any Review Template Launches Managing Worksheet Fields
Review Template Assignment		Assigns Worksheet Fields to Worksheet Header, Criterion or Reports and grants role access to Review Template. Launches Managing Review Template Assignment
Role Review Template Assignment		Grants which Role will have access to a Review Template. Launches Manage Role Review Template Assignment
Close	Ctrl+F4	Closes the current module, Closes All but current, Closes All
Options		Launches System Options
Log Off		Logs of the current user
Exit	Alt+F4	Exits the PDA Professional

Application Tab

	Save	Ctrl+S	Saves the current selection
	Print (Default)	Ctrl+P	Print the current selection to default printer
	Print Preview		Shows how the printed output will look like on the screen
	Print with Prompt		Print the current selection with the printer of choice, and allows to choose print options
	Export		Exports the current module
	Import		Imports into current selection from external source
	Email		Email with the current module report as an attachment
	Add/New	Ins/Ctrl+N	Adds a new entity to the current selection
	Edit/Properties	F2	Edits/Rename current selection
	Delete	Shift+Del	Deletes the current selection
	Find/Search	Ctrl+F	Finds or searchs for item in current selection
	Refresh	F5	Discards all changes and refreshs data from server
	Select All	Ctrl+A	Selectes all the items for active component
	Full screen	F9	Hides the folder list and ribbon bar
	Up		Selects the parent component
